About Tom
Hi. My name is Tom Hornung. I emigrated to the UK in the 60's from Prague and have been living most of the time in the borough of Harrow. I have been painting, on and off, for many years but never in large volume. This changed in 2007, when I retired from my job and started helping my wife to run her childminding business. I now paint regularly. As you can see, my paintings are a mixture of surrealism and abstract, some influenced by many years living under a communist regime in what used to be Czechoslovakia. I hope that you like my pictures and I invite constructive comments.
